Luckin Coffee eyes the Middle East after a US$1bn deal১ বিলিয়ন ডলারের চুক্তির পর Middle East-এ চোখ Luckin-এর
China's fast-growing chain passed 38,000 stores and opened its 100th in Singapore.
Luckin Coffee sold a US$1 billion stake to Abu Dhabi's Mubadala Investment Company at the start of September 2026, and is now looking again at a Middle East launch. Mubadala's Philip Yifei Bao has joined Luckin's board.
The chain opened its 100th store in Singapore, a market it entered in 2023, and has also expanded in Malaysia and New York. It runs more than 38,000 stores worldwide. A Middle East entry would put it up against Starbucks, Costa Coffee, Tim Hortons, Dunkin' and strong regional chains.
App-first ordering and value pricing built Luckin. As Asian chains expand across the region, Bangladesh's café brands can learn from that playbook.
